Lol, Lilly is feeling her oats this morning. She ate her wet food and now she is a rocket running through the house. She looks at me, makes her little noise, then takes off running. She is so funny at times.
Good morning everyone. We are halfway to the weekend. Got a bit more sleep last night since I went to bed earlier than I usually do.
Me and my CPAP never got along.
I wasn’t able to handle anything on my face.
My wife is the same way. She is supposed to be using a CPAP machine but she doesn’t use it. Using a CPAP machine really aggravated me until I finally found the right and small nose mask. It is way more comfortable than any other mask that I tried to use. Since it is a small mask you don’t feel like Kim Kardashian’s big fake a** is on your face.
Nasal pillows is what worked for me as well. I like that the hose isn’t all up in your face too.
I tried the nasal pillows one time. The way that the harness fit it just wasn’t comfortable for me. The harness you had to tighten so tight to keep it from leaking that it really was uncomfortable. It may have just been the one particular type of nasal pillows that I tried. The headgear had the hose going up and over your head.
I have a CPAP Machine and it doesn’t work for me either. Alcohol is what I use. No pills. No Machine. Just Booze.
I tried to explain that to my VA Doctor and he offered more pills

That’s what I use and have good luck with the seal. The ones that just have the slot are a nightmare to get a seal with for me though.
That is one of the ones that I tried. It just didn’t work for me.
It can involve $ finding what works for you. That’s probably the hardest part that most don’t work through.
You’ll get used to it. After about 15 years. lol. It’s a PITA.
