Check out SB 2628 Tennessee Senate Bill
They passed a state law that would legalize SBRs in Tennessee. I think we need to contact our state reps and get all the Red states on board with this. Just like marijuana it would be very hard to enforce.

This is the world we live in. It should be all states on board with this. BUT we have California, founded as a free state that wants to offer reparations for some of its “Citizens”. Crazy times.
This is true. After all the 2nd Amendment of United States Constitution serves all Americans.
But the reality is the divide between freedom loving and government loving keeps growing. Every 4 or 8 years a new policy is pushed down usually in the form of executive orders, not legislation.
Thanks. Here’s a link to it.
Tennessee General Assembly Legislation.
I plan on forwarding it to my representatives here in MO.
So here’s what it’s just comical about this whole thing. Let’s say there are people fortunate enough to live remotely in a cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere who purchased one of these pistols with a brace. How on earth are they supposed to know if they choose to not be on the Internet that this nonsense is going on. They are instant felons after the 120 day window …Without even knowing it.
Imagine how the shiners and runners felt when they were minding their own business, had the federal government show up on their property without any warning just show up and take their stuff. SSDD
Right, So i ask you, How much longer will it be and how much more will we take, before we use this amendment for the reasons it was written?(overreach of government laws, taxes, etc etc)
That was exactly my point.
its going to make millions of law abiding citizens criminals in the blink of an eye
120 days after Publication to the Federal Record, making it The Law of The Land.
