absolutely nothing. 90% of people dont understand/know the law as to why theyre slightly different from the stock on their rifle they bought too. all that would happen is all of a sudden hundreds of thousands of law abiding citizens would instantly be criminals, and would remain that way, either by being clueless, or by civil disobedience.

Currently Trumps “executive order” for the bump stock ban is sitting in front of the SCOTUS. Hopefully when the strike that down as an over reach of power, all of Bidens, executive orders will be Null and void. The only laws I look at is what has been passed by congress. Ex: The original Definition of the NFA. The ATF or President are not allowed to change definitions willy nilly. That is the job of congress. So Bump stocks, FRT, pistol braces, all fall outside the scoop of the NFA and technically need congressional votes to be legally changed by force of law. Anything otherwise is Unconstitutional.

i hadnt remembered where that xo was in regards to being heard. i sure hope that they do the right thing and actually do repeal it as an overreach of power, and thus all the others too… XO’s are only supposed to effect the executive branch, this ■■■■ about ruling by XO… nah that dont fly.

Braces are not illegal. The lawsuits have not gone entirely through the courts either. No one knows for sure. There will be mass non compliance simply due to ignorance.

Of note: unlike a serialized item, records of brace purchases do not go in an FFL bound book.

Personally ,

    I think Every Executive Order that has impacted the 2nd Ammendment is a failure to Uphold the Constitution of the United States as written , not as how the Man and Party in the White House wants it to be. That is Not their call.

I’ve seen my share of Chief Executives all Swear to Uphold and Defend the Constitution, so help them God. I think its High Time to start making examples of those violating those oaths by Impeachment and Subsequent removal from Office by all legal and expediant means available.

I also think those knowingly operating outside of the Constitution should be removed and the Organization or Agency disbanded.

The BATFE for example , as previously stated is Not empowered to inact Laws on a whim or otherwise. The Domed House on the Hill is the Only Place Federal Laws are written , as it should be. Those are the ones elected by the people to represent us…Not an Alphabet Agency the acts at its Masters command.
