Breaking News

That’s the plan soon as I get out of the doghouse for that second Dagger I picked up a few days ago. Here’s what I’m after first:

If you are planning on a 16” or longer Carbine, then don’t worry about putting whatever stock on it that floats your boat.

Like @bonamoleonard said…

I suffer from high elbow as well. I’ve only ever even held an AR a couple times. I’m certain that I’ll circumvent all this brace business by just assembling a 16" and calling it good. I like the short barrel setup, and would love to have one, but not if I can’t put a brace on it. If money were different right now, I’d just form 1 an SBR, but thats more a dream than a reality.

That dude in the video really has the mechanics down pat, now you’ve obligated me to go watch more of his videos. Thanks!

I was taught elbow out… Farm country Western PA. It hard to learn and keep it tucked when you’ve been doing it that way around 45 years. My son will either tap on my elbow or slyly ask “Are we going for wings after practice?”

I use whatever way that hits the target. If it ain’t natural, it’s not for me. If someone is firing back, you’re not going to go through a mantra and worry if you look cool. I don’t know what way my arm is pointed, but I hit the target.:us_outlying_islands:

I actually shoot better with it tucked, don’t know why but I do. That’s what I try to keep in mind.

We still talkin’ about arms?

We should probably end this here, we’ve had enough posts for its own topic now. (and I’m the Worst Offender!)

Perhaps a new thread, and move these?

A two day old story isn’t really " Breaking News"

For a long time, I only thought of nuke subs when someone said “boomer”.

Putin is cheap, above all else. A paid off baggage handler + 30 minute egg timer is much cheaper than a missile, and it has deniability baked in as a bonus.

As I said, deniability is baked in:

Jimmy Buffett, the singer-songwriter best-known for breezy, tropical-themed hits like “Margaritaville” and “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” has died at 76. Born in…

He has recenty canceled shows and had been hospitalized. Wonder if it was a late stage cancer that was metastasized.

RIP Mr Buffett.
