Can Suppressors cause Minor Over-Pressure in a Borderline Situation?

Liberty Suppressors
They have a couple of inexpensive suppressors approx $500 that don’t have the bells n whistles. Perfect for mounting under your hand guard….and leaving it there.
You can of course remove it, open it & clean it.
It’s a great deal at that price point

My next suppressor might be the Thunderbeast Ultra 9 Gen 2, something like that.

I am using bullets that ran fine in my PSA 20" 308 uppers, 2016 and 2019 vintages.

In a new AR15 Parts upper with a 24 inch barrel.

I’m definitely getting Overpressures. Been saving the brass. Mild over-pressure makes a little burr, medium over-pressure makes a big burr, too much over-pressure locks up the bolt.

One thing I wonder is if it’s as simple as the barrel diameter.
