Can't log in to the Palmetto store site

I’m currently experiencing the same issue. A never ending cycle of trying to login followed by a text to verify my 2FA. Clicking the link leads back to the login which restarts the process again. I’m glad to see PSA is aware, though

If you are having issues send your info to sean.hatch@palmettostatearmory.com

i believe it is working now…

@bull706 & @bjavorsky97 Welcome to the forums fellas.. glad to have you!

I’m good to go now. Many thanks!

I’ve suddenly started having issues logging in because I’m not receiving any PIN verification emails.

I had set up 2FA over a year ago, no problems until about 4 days ago when the emails simply don’t get through.

Nothing in my spam/trash inboxes, and the strangest thing is order confirmation/update emails still make it to my inbox fine. Seems only the PINs aren’t sending/receiving, and it’s a bit frustrating that the general support options seemingly lack an option to contact about account issues.

scroll up I posted Sean’s email.

Just responding here - I think I have reached out to everyone who has emailed me and gotten them squared away. If anyone was missed, please shoot me an email at sean.hatch@palmettostatearmory.com or pm me here.

hi @sean.psa , i was/am having issues, i sent an email as well as posting this! looking forward to your help! thanks

can you message me your email? I am looking for it but I seem to have missed it.

Sean, thank you so much for reaching out, I had Dirk with PSA help me. The problem happened to be that it didn’t like the browser I was using. After switching browsers everything worked just fine and I was able to order! I really appreciate you reaching out to me.

Login issues like that often come down to something simple like cached session data or cookies getting stuck. I’ve had a few sites keep rejecting my login until I cleared the browser cache or tried a different browser altogether. Sometimes it’s also just the site having a temporary authentication glitch on their side.
