Every time PSA has a contest we get users who are flagged as spam. This is because they post too quickly and the system flags the post. You can avoid that by posting a longer message or more than just a picture. The admins try to keep a watch on it but today alone the system flagged 4 new users. I have cleared those out so you should be able to post again.
The second issue is flagged posts that contain curse words. We let a lot slide, but sometimes the system catches it. If you drop the F bomb, s + hit, etc., you will have to probably edit your post. Even using dam + n will get an auto flag from the system. This is just an effort to keep this family friendly. Avoiding typing those words will help not generate a flag and keep your posting rolling smoothly.
My pictures can’t go through. Too much data. I don’t use an I Phone. I use a budgeted quality android phone. Everyone else has clear pictures of their baby and I can’t show mine.
I can’t message @Anthony_PSA but I need to get with him. I think my account is flagged for fraud. I got a “Declined” email after 5 days of waiting on my order and when I try to use my card it shows as “authorization rejection from the processor”. I’ve been waiting to hear from someone for a couple days about what’s going on…I just want to give PSA all of my money lol
Hey, boss. I sure appreciate that. The order went through this time. Whatever you did worked. I guess the trick now will be to see if it makes it out of “review” without being denied and tripping the fraud flag again.
The only thing I can think of that could have done that would be my iPhone’s “private relay” thing. It’s similar to a VPN in that it reroutes up addresses for security reasons but they’re not routed out of the country.
If this goes through all the way then you may want to add “disable Private Relay on Apple devices” to your list of things people can do to keep from getting flagged in the future. If it works I’ll spread the word. Thanks again!
ill give 2 hypothetical examples
1 - say someone has 4 items in there cart the 1 and 2 are a bundle 3 and 4 are solos. they hit buy and get split order do to insufficient funds “this someone is a subspecies baster and only uses 1 card for online orders and only move what is needed for any one order to the card” so a quick look shows you were charged full price for the bundle. yes yes its all in how the 1-2 were added to the cart. but your recite show you got the discount you were just charged full price. this is getting long double shipping is the result
if you order a pair of boots and the order is declined “IF” its not ok for them to split the order and recharge you “split order “IF” enjoy your left boot”
