A person cannot be in a specific forum and create a topic in that forum? This is apparently the only place to create a topic? I attempted from here to search for “Whats Cooking Tonight?” and does not come up. What am I missing here?

I think creating topics is limited at first but when allowed to create topics you should be able to do it in most forums.
As for the search, not sure what you are seeing there.
Click on the magnifying 
and type in (cooking)
Sometimes less words are better

You also need more posts before you post. Its an antispam feature we have on the forums.

GG do you remember what we set it at for the number of posts before they can create a new topic I cant remember the number of posts… and it would be helpful for them to know the number i would think

You just crossed the 5 post threshold according to what i can see of your account. Try it now.

Here is the specific thread you were asking about. The search feature tends to be very specific. So if you dont get the exact title just use 1 or two words instead of the whole title.

I have no idea how to create a new post. This forum thing is confusing af. I’m getting the Payment authorization rejection from the processor. Can any mod please look at my account?

You will have to contact customer service tomorrow to resolve any payment issues.
They are not in these forums and Mods can’t access that information, only CS.

Those of us that are mods are volunteer and not PSA employees, so no, we cant see your account. A number of issues could be causing this. It may be, but not limited to:
Use of multiple cards
A different shipping address and billing address
A chargeback
Any of these you have to clear with CS, and they are not on the forums. A chargeback may be the hardest to clear, because there is a chance of defraud if you received the product and PSA did not get paid for it.
New users cannot create a new topic. It is an anti-spam feature.

I just want to further clarify, new users cannot create a new topic yes, but CAN reply to posts, which gets them their 5 posts, and then they CAN create a new topic. hope that helps folks who were having issues understanding how to post things.

It’s all good! Thank you guys very much! I contacted the customer support today and they said I’m black listed from ever buying because of a double purchase I tried to chargeback. I saw two charges on my CC so I initiated a chargeback at that time on one of them. Since then I have received both orders and dropped the chargeback (since it was ammo and a trigger I’d figure just keep it). The issue is that since I initiated a chargeback PSA automatically black lists you. So it’s been real. Thank you for the replies.
