Dear PSA,
I have recently received emails requesting reviews of products purchased but when I log in to my account to give my reviews on said products there is no way to post them. There is no button to write a review… Being the Hornady Black 155 grn 308 and the AAC 308 fmj 150 grn. It is hard to give a review if you can not post it… also I will add the “virtual agent” is somewhat irritating…I tried to “contact us” to report the issue but it just gives me the standard menu that are there without using it…so kind of hard to report website issues when dealing with a non-human program…
Just an idea add a “report website issue” to the menu …
@sean.psa has been working on the review section on the website. If he sees this he may PM you for more info.
i get emails wanting me to review products that no longer exist and just sends me to a 404 page… also i too dislike the bot in comparison to being able to talk to a real person on the phone
Same. I’ve always had issues leaving reviews. Always a pain and more than half never show up. So now I don’t bother trying. I’d like to leave them reviews thou.

At least you get emails. I haven’t got an email on anything from PSA in years and I’m signed up for daily deals…And yes, I check my spam folder. With the plethora of other sites actively courting me, trying to get my money, PSA sometimes is an afterthought. But that’s on them.
Something I noticed today - not a big deal, just curiosity. This appears to be 10 likes but I didn’t receive the notice about being awarded a badge for it. Sooooo, what counts as a ‘like’ now that we have the option for multiple emoticons?

Double check your email address for spelling. I have done that several times, accidentally did a double key on a letter and didn’t realize it until I didn’t get emails from them…usually on orders.
Otherwise I would say re-sign up and see what it says… if it says you are already subscribed then I would look to your email program… Gmail does some funky stuff with emails…

I’ve done all the re-signing up, double checking etc and my email address is correct. It has to be on their end. I was actually surprised that I got notified to your reply.
