Josiah contacted me concerning my issue with “Firefox” browser not playing nicely with the PSA webpage, PSA is working on a solution.
Very impressive to hear from PSA, a lot of other companies I have e-mailed concerning their webpage, have been less then helpful.
So, Thank You to Josiah and PSA for listening to the average guy.
BTW… it turned out that I needed to allow my Firefox, to “Remember Browsing and Download History” ( in the privacy settings ) and “Remember Search and Form History”.
I tried to leave an answer for a product I just purchased. After entering the answer, I was presented with a dialog to enter my name, email and generate a username. Once I submitted, I was told I’d receive an email to confirm. I never received that email. I was able to successfully sign up for the forum here and add 2FA to my account. But I can’t get a confirmation email for the Q&A section of the website. Since I’m waiting to receive an email, I don’t think my issue is browser related. Perhaps the email is being blocked by my provider (or my provider is blocked from even receiving), but all other palmettostatearmory.com emails are coming through just fine.
