If you do/did have a issue, PSA will make it right if a mistake was made on their end. Just FYI 
I see they they just made some changes with online checkout likely still some bugs to workout
New user here, tried to start a thread in the AK subfoum but couldn’t, so I’m making a test post here.
You have to have mutiple posts before you can start a new thread. It is an anti spam feature.

I was really just trying to start a thread about the availability of spiker furniture.
Every time I try to start a thread, I just get a message that says “An error occurred: You are not permitted to view the requested resource.”
@fudd_adjacent i just checked your account and moved you from new user to basic user. Try it now.
I was thinking ugh, that’s a niche market right there.
Is there a specific forum that is used for reporting issues with the website? I have a strange problem and would like to report it, but so far can’t seem to find any way to report the issue.

hey there
website is giving me trouble: it doesn’t move past the address screen. hit the continue button and literally nothing happens. trying to order here in Alaska. it won’t take anything not even a freight forwarders address. in my universe when technology and reality break up, then there is always the phone, but there doesn’t seem to be any recommendations and you can’t place phone orders… so what should i do?
Switch browsers/clear your cache may work. Reboot the phone also.

cleaned up the hard drive, deleted cache and temp files, and even switched browsers. still nothing. i have disabled all my add blockers also.
in the list of charges is says freight not yet calculated, but it won’t do freight for any address. even when i delete items out of the list and pick an address in anchorage or even washington. and i mean a non-offensive item like a teeny tiny gen adapter plate.
its like the website had decided to hate money.
what else can i do?
