Hello I am currently unable to post so I will ask here, my apologies if I am doing so wrong.

However I put in an order this morning for ammunition shipped to Illinois. I know you guys need a copy of my FOID card, and I’ve been trying to get it to you guys. The link in the FAQ did not work, so I put in a message to you guys, but was hoping to get an answer more quickly. I checked and it’s not drop shipped ammo, so I do believe if I get you guys my FOID it should be good to go. Is there an email or some other way I can submit that to you guys? Thank you.

@GuitarGuy Okay gotcha, didn’t know if that would be okay, the only one that lets me upload a file is the “submit ffl license document”, so I’ll send the photos via that, as long as that should work. Thank you again.

Every time i get an email saying a product is back in stock, IT NEVER IS! Literally minutes after email, but products not in stock. Tried contacting palmettostatearmory but never get any responses back and nobody answers the phone.

If you are getting an email, so is evrryone else that also clicked fpr the email verification. The website updates around 4pm EST. Always check then.

My account was also flagged for fraud , I had ordered their sw5 chameleon slide , & their dagger frame on daily deals . I talked with customer service & they said they canceled my order & are refunding my money . The financial team never emailed me either . Now my question is will I still be able to order before the deal runs out? Or do I have to wait until they contact me? I really don’t want to miss out on this deal. And if so will I still be honored the daily deal after if they are not on sale again?

did the cs agent say they were going to have financial call you? if not, and since you’ve not heard from anyone else, i’d go ahead and call back to CS and expalin what was done so far, then i’d ask to be transfered to the finance department… of course now you have to wait till monday sadly.

They said they would email me but never received an email . Also this was today around 2 pm. I talked to someone on the phone & all they could do is cancel and refund , which is fine i am just going to order again but I don’t want to miss out on the daily deals .

some of the c.s. folks can only do that or pass it up to a supervisor or another department i guess. (again i dont know for sure as we mods dont work for PSA) I’d give them over the weekend in case that email got stuck, and if you have no response by monday i’d definitely call them again. I totally understand about not wanting to miss the daily deals.
