CMC AK drop-in trigger group

Does anyone know if the CMC drop in AK trigger group will work in an AK-V? I am considering a trigger upgrade and ran across one of these:

In the link you provided, someone else asked the same question and the answer is Yes. Just out of curiosity, why do you want this over the ALG trigger? The flat face?

I’m interested as I really like the drop in full trigger groups on my AR15s vs. those with the separate trigger and hammer parts. Chalk it up to laziness to some degree, but yes the flat trigger is also of interest to me.
