Who all is excited football season is here?
The wife and I have been on the back porch for the better part of the day getting our football fix in! As a long time Gamecock fan, this game has been pretty fun to watch.
Having written off the NBA years and years ago, wrote off the NFL besides the Cowboys during the BS Zeke Elliott suspension then the whole league during the take a knee crap, and MLB (ESPECIALLY my former favorite team Houston) had to get woke so Iâm done with them, I am pretty excited to have a sport besides hockey golf and high level soccer to watch. Iâm a cord cutter too so I donât have to miss any of the big games.
Unfortunately my alma mater is FCS so I only get to watch some playoff games at home, but Geaux Tigers Gig em Aggies and Iâve always had a soft spot for SC.
Being a cord cutter has made it difficult to watch any given USC game. We are always getting bumped to the alternative channels.
I am a NFL fan but I pull for the Lions and Falcons who consistently let me down lol.
I would be more excited if DJ was making good decisionsâŚbut he is playing scared. Not the same DJ we saw vs Notre Dame last year.
One good hit and some decent pressure will do that I guess. I was honestly expecting a bit more from Clemson.

Of course with that non call on roughing the passer it is obvious we are playing against an $EC officiating crew also.

The refs are looking after Georgia, too much evidence.
Forgot about that game until LSU/UCLA halftime because the signal was crap. Picked up on the controversial punt return, and now with 2:00+ left the signal is going to crap again

Personally I donât love them or hate them, but I have the utmost respect for Saban and that program.
Yeah and its ashamed that all sports programs are getting political or woke. Those players bust their butts to get there and should not be distracted with such foolishness. I donât watch as often these days.

My prediction: In 2026 the SEC Football will be broken up because of too much excellence. NCAAF wonât tolerate such greatness in one conference.
