meh,… if youve ever owned a fs2000 you’d realize its not overly ergonomic… perhaps id feel better if it accepted pmags without modification of the weapon. the tavor is a better platform as is the new springfield hellion for ergonomics purposes. My PS90 rocks, but it has some fallback issues. Im not sure if i were to use that shorter frame thats aftermarket if it would fix the issues i have with it, but one good thing about it, i love the 50 round mags.

Hey I’m wide open to whatever works well. I haven’t had a chance to muck with the hellion but it’s on my list of ■■■■ to get if I ever find myself with far too much money and far too little time.
I am definitely interested in a compact 5.7! I’ll take two please!

Unfortunately, for me, being a resident of the PRW ( Peoples Republic of Washington ) with our 10 round magazine ban, I can’t purchase one since they come with 20 round magazines ( as described in their promotional card which is posted on the AR-15 website and attached along with a photo ). It’s likely the original Rock magazines would also fit ( I got 5 before the ban went into effect ) but being longer it kind of defeats the whole concept of being compact.

I will buy one today or pre- today if I knew it was coming. Told my wife that’s all I wanted for my birthday in 2 weeks. Sadly, I don’t think they’ll make it.

I was ready to place my order for a 5.7 Rock today. I was surprised to hear about the possibility of a 5.7 compact. I’ll hold up on placing my order until I hear more about the compact. The compact would be my first choice.
