Constitutional Carry South Carolina

So frustrating that here in SC., we still can not get this passed.
Ugh.

Did it fail? Last I heard it was still being debated.

SC Senate has adjourned for the day. Constitutional Carry passed second reading with 1 anti gun amendment. Reconvene tomorrow.
Copied and pasted from Palmetto Gun Rights

WE don’t need any more imports to this state voting, this should NOT be this hard to pass here.

Would S.C. make it 28 states and counting?

Should have already happened.

I talk like I’m from here but I’ve been here 20 some years and have always felt at home.

Day 5 maybe vote tonight or tomorrow

I popped In on the debate for a little bit it was like pulling teeth

What states have constitution carry? If no one has a lust I’ll try and find it. I have a bad neck and surfing the net causes me a great deal of pain. Even typing this in hurts. Thanks in advance

Thank you and my neck thanks you too.
I’m in Nebraska and I knew you needed a permit, it’s nice to see I don’t now. But I think I might take the concealed cary course. Any thoughts on taking the course?

Back to the house we go, as long as it’s good, McMaster will be signing it in

They amended and the house has to approve those amendments and it goes to Henry?

Though the senate Republicans added some anti-gun amendment correct?

TRO successful training completion would qualify I would think. Stiffer penalties (especially repeat) for gun crimes was what I heard. I haven’t been able to track it as well as I might like.

Yeah from what I heard but haven’t had the time to read all the amendments

Harder to find coverage on this than what I would have thought. Maybe that’s a good thing?

Here’s the best overview of the proposed Senate changes I could find. Back to the House now and hopefully on its way to McMaster.
