Customer Service, Great Staff

Yesterday I took possession of a .22 rifle that was shipped from Columbia to the Florence Store. Everyone spoke as I walked in. I explained I was there to pickup my shipped gun and in about 5min it was on the counter ready for the ATF form entry.

As they prepared the tranfer paperwork I took a opportunity to look around.

  1. Love the new layout of three counters with loads of inventory.
  2. As I stopped to drool over (not on) a beauty, they immediately offered to let me look it over.
  3. Checkout was quick overall. I would have looked around more but i was pressed to go to an appointment.

Am i happy that PSA is nearby? Yep and I will be on guard to NOT expend too much of my retirement funds here. (wink wink)

always glad to hear good reviews of the stores especially of a newer one that ive yet to visit. I plan on correcting that though within the month hopefully. Which 22 did you get? Ive got a ruger coming soon i think myself.

I guess that I should be a little ashamed that I still haven’t been to the new Florence PSA Store yet since PSA took over. We need to plan a boys day out and go look at the store together one day soon. I have enough of my own gun work to keep me busy for a good whlie. I also bought a good bit of AR small parts awhlie back when they were on sale. I do need to pick up a barrel and a few other things for a friend of mines son. He wants to attend gunsmithing school and wants me to teach him how to build an AR and show him some tricks that I have learned over the years.

I haven’t stopped yet either. I pretty much always go through Florence to W. Palmetto St. rather than going up by the new Buckey’s and 95.
