I read a discussion on another forum re: new PSA store in Florence, SC. A Google search does indeed show a small store located at 1811 Sally Hill Rd. which is also the address for Blue Line Public Safety Center which according to Google is not closed.
Can we get some info, please? I’m posting this here because there is nothing on the PSA Stores forum.
Alarm never went off at all. The thieves left with a load of guns and then came back later on and got another load of guns.
Sounds awfully suspicious about the alarm never going off. I don’t know all of the circumstances but the first thing I would be concerned about is figuring out why the alarm didn’t work? Who had access to the alarm code? I don’t know, everything that I heard could be garbage but it did come from a LEO friend.
Well someone started a pre ribbon cutting sale a couple of days early. ATF and FBI should be on point with this one. I hope they catch the Jacka$$e$ that did it. Florence doesn’t have a good reord when it comes to gun stores. I know of a few other cases where gun stores in Florence have been hit over the years. I can name quite a few gun stores. I really do hope that the culprits are not only caught but prosecuted and given a lengthly complementary stay in one of our states lovely prisons.
Florence/Fayetteville (Fayetteville almost exactly) are approximately the halfway point between NYC and Miami. Fayetteville has been crime ridden from such for years. Cartels have been sending boots on the ground through the last three years at an alarming rate.
Also with I-20 and I-95 both at Florence you can leave Florence in any cardinal direction on an interstate. For the last three to four decades Florence has had problems from drug traffickers using Florence as a pit stop on their travels.
i just cant beleive that they had the balls to come back from what yours aying. thats crazy… regardless of why the alarm didnt go off, it sounds like someone really messed up, or severely planned to do this for a long time… they seemed to have all of the things worked out to not get caught, especially with the second visit to pickup more stuff… that is just crazy. It especially blows my mind that they did this before PSA even had their grand opening of the store. I wonder if the folks who had the store before them could have anything to do with it or not. You’re also right about florence/fayettville being almost half way between NY and Miami, so it could be organized crime maybe that did have something to do with it. its like a job you’d see in a movie… .too crazy… i hope they catch the folks and roast them alive.
I have known Archie and his wife for 30 years now. He is a prior LEO and straight up guy. Trust me he has no reason to break in to the store. Between selling Blue Line and his wife’s parents selling their air conditioning business, they are just retiring to enjoy the good life. He isn’t in need of money. I don’t know who also worked at Blue Line because I only went there the one time.
well that was a good thing they got one guy, but it really didnt say much abou tanything serious in the whole articcle, so i wonder if they have the guns too, if they knew where the other guy is/should be, etc and if there were more involved, and where they were gonna hawk the guns / fence the guns… etc…
