Now that the dagger micro has been out a while, have any of you messed around with upgrading the trigger? As I understand it you have to replace the trigger housing with a Glock OEM one but wondering if anybody has ran into issues swapping the shoe and bar? I’m wanting to do an overwatch precision TAC trigger that uses a Glock OEM trigger bar. Can someone confirm if they did this and it works?
I’m just saying in theory you’re supposed to be able to put in a Glock trigger housing and swap the trigger assembly but not sure if it works reliably. Thanks for being the only one who actually replies to people as usual you rock bro
thanks man. i try to help when i can, and if i have any knowledge at all i try to share it..even if it is something as a lack of knowledge about hearing about something or not. I think it would be worth a try if it is something your supposed to do theoretically. heck.. may be fun to be the first to try it ya know?
I did this kit on my Micro C-1 and it’s awesome…In fact after doing mine a good friend loved it so much he did one on his and bought a 2nd micro (A C-1 like mine) and never even shot it before Installing this kit.
$130 for a trigger that you could NEVER get by simply "breaking in a less-than-seller “factory trigger. Now if your argument was to put the $130 towards an optic, I’d be on board… Hell, my trigger upgrade on my EDC (H&K VP9SK) was just over $200. But in my eyes triggers are the 2nd most important thing in regard to proficiency, only behind practice, so I can’t completely disagree with the thought process other than the idea that anyone could break in” a Glock, Dagger, Shield, or any of the lower- to mid-priced firearms triggers to anything close to a solid upgraded trigger. I guess you could learn to be proficient with a Hi-Point trigger with enough practice if that’s your jam.
thats cool about the trigger replacement. I’ve never replaced a trigger in any handgun i’ve ever owned. I’m not sure i’d want to sink 1/3 the price of the gun nto a trigger, but it depends on the overall goal the use of the handgun was going to be for. Its great there are options out there for them though. hell until the last 5 years i’ve been so against even modifying my trigger in my ar’s i just couldnt bring myself to buy a geiselle trigger either. thats still a h ard one for me even with discounts.. but i do see the benefits, as to what you want and why. again it depends on what its for. thats cool you guys have found a triger that is that good to yall that you change it first before anything else.
