Lonewolf is correct, I’m pretty tall. However, that setup is cobbled together and I haven’t be able to shoot it much to adjust it to my liking. I plan to get a different scope with a cantilever mount.

You definitely want the optic mounted low as possible. I’d be surprised if your scope has enough adjustment to zero it mounted that high. The key to accuracy is consistency. That includes getting your cheek down on to the stock EXACTLY the same each & every time. A high mount forces you to raise yo…
