I’m just curious about gas prices around the country. In my little corner of SC (near Clemson) gas as of today is $3.09 per gallon. As a point of reference; in January of 2020 (just before FJB’s inauguration) gas cost $1.78. Best I can figure that is a 73% increase. Is everybody seeing that kind of increase?
Northern VA 3.10 to 3.13 depending on location
2.99 in Lexington and slightly higher in Columbia.

Gas burning peasants 
SE Texas diesel had been 2.79 at most of the places I’d fill up. Earlier this week or the week before the two nearest me were 2.99 and 3.09. Usually gas is 10-20 cents [edit:] LESS a gallon than diesel so it’s gotta be close to if not $3 a gallon by now.
3.38 in NW Arizona up 10 cents from last week

it’s right around $3.50 here in the Poconos. Was around $1.65 before potato head.
on my side of lexington i see 2.77 to 2.99 /gallon/87 octane.
before Joe… 1.5x /gallon/87 octane
About 3.40 or so here in Illinois, south of chicagoland range, I dont wanna know what it is in the city and burbs 
I wont even look at the gas prices for premium. My saving grace is that a full tank usually lasts me about a month because I live so close to work.

I really can’t help but believe this is all intentional. In a year or 2 there will be a lot of parked cars. This country will really come to a screeching halt. Forced to use electric cars, bicycles… roller skates… shoe leather…
California will have a hard time dealing with wildfires.
Most of their wildfire fighting technology runs on gasoline or diesel.
The electrical grid isn’t ready for all those electric cars
