Here comes HB4145. Just watched William Kirk, Washington Gun law in re: Oregon legislation.
They are back in session and have introduced HB4145 which repeals 114 and pushes out the implementation date to 01/01/2028. It increases the fees and will require law inforcement to approve the permit.
There’s more to it, and I have paraphrased here. Kirk says that Oregon Legislative is not expecting a ruling from the OR Supreme Court, so they will try again.
