You are talking about a market with one buyer. I’m talking about a market with multiple buyers. So if I buy a roll of toilet paper for $10,000 is that the new market standard companies should set prices too even though there is no other factors to impact price that much?

If someone is willing, or even MULTIPLE people - are willing to pay $10, 000 for Toilet paper - Again, THAT is truly the “NEW” price/ or “Value” . AS DICTATED by the BUYERS WILLING to pay That Amount for a Product or Service, at THAT Time & Place.
