Nope. It’s a .21 caliber bullet. Same case as 22LR, but a normal bullet instead of the heeled bullet for 22LR, so it’s a tiny bit smaller. The more normal bullet design makes solid copper bullets a whole lot cheaper and easier to make, which was their main reason for creating the cartridge. Non-lead 22LR exists, but it’s not super common or all that cheap.
I’ve used some LF really fast stuff from Norma before and liked it alright.

21 Sharp 0.2105 1:12 twist and l’d be all over a barrel for a 10-22. Action and magazines stay.
But l could see Volquartsen, KIDD if they jump in be pricey barrels. I’d be happy with a tapered/threaded from the lessor.
