I was 6 when I was Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. The test for ADHD was “sit down here at this random apple IIGS with monochrome screen and single button mouse and press the mouse button every time this single pixel flashes on the screen.”
I was bored in 5 seconds, thought to myself ,“I have better video games at home.”
and walked out of the room.
I just wanted to play dodgeball and hide and go seek and run to the moon.in the same vein it turns out that the education system is tailored to the success of girls, as little as I understand the modern trans movement it isn’t hard to see why our boys want to play house, they have just started to notice there’s a societal incentive to be a female, and that they start pushing for it at a young age.
This is why past societies have been mainly Patriarchal…when you stop promoting masculinity for boys and start promoting female empowerment, the boys that are punished for being boys and don’t understand why, tend to notice they are treated better by the adults around them when they act more feminine. I’m sure there’s a parallel to the rat utopia experiment, where male rats would stop doing male rat things to survive and just endless groom themselves.
Anyway, school failed me, it’s falling our young men and women today, we need to change this system. I have long been a proponent for our educational system teaching things more akin to what’s needed to survive, like ; the law, outdoor survival (hunting, fishing, bushcraft,) self defense, taxes (maybe we wont need to teach taxes if Trump guts the income tax) how to cook ( you should know how to make at least 20 dishes from scratch before leaving high school including pasta and bread) Agriculture, advanced applied mathematics, physics, WORLD history, I think George Washington was great but I didn’t need four separate modules on the man to tell me the exact same stuff from 2nd grade to high school) emotional control of one’s self, and probably most important in today’s society BUDGETING. And to top it off I think someone doing 3-6 phy-eds a day should be completely acceptable as long as they can demonstrate critical thinking skills. Do you know how much of a beast I would have been in Jr.High if I had been allowed to be in the weight room 3 hours 3 times a week? I could already bench 250 in 8th grade using the weight room twice a week briefly for wrestling practice…actually being able to devote myself to lifting…what a difference.Or better yet , “I’m going up to the Boundary Waters for the semester and expect all A’s and extra credit if I catch a trout every day!”

No not all - but the inmates are running the education system. Almost EVERY day another NJ teacher goes down for sex crimes from rape to pedo porn. Pedoz go where the most victims are. My brush isn’t so broad in NJ +NY.
In NJ…painting the entire US education system as the same is not ok when there are fantastic teachers and schools out there, even public ones.
They just got a pedo in one of the bigger metro school districts round here, he was on a playground, one the the students who knew him called out to him as he was being arrested.
Wouldn’t it be more efficient to pay families a stipend to educate their kids at this point? Pay gpa and gma to stay home and educate the kids. It isn’t that difficult with youtube.
