Kalash-smith in NC/SC

I’m looking for a semi-reputable kalash-smith to cut my barrel down to 14.5" and weld my brake. I found a dude in Tennessee, but he won’t work on PSA AK’s (Yeah, how wonderful)

So if anyone knows a Kalash-smith in Western NC or Western SC. I’d love to know. Want this done by the end of September.

Not sure if they do AKs but ADCO is a known name in the gun world for doing that work. You would have to mail it off though.
