You’re right, they rounded the lug next to the extractor, here are 2 PSA 762x39 (on the right) next to a 6.5 Grendel.
Here’s a little better picture of the reprofiling they did. As you can see they reprofiled both sides, the extractor and the ejector.
And here is a picture of the AK cut, you can see that the hybrid BC on the right has had material removed and thus has a narrower profile.

How many rounds has that BCG survived so far?
Not sure if you were asking me, but my PSA hybrid KS-47 BCG is between 500-1000rds.
Of the 2 LAR-47 BCG’s I have one has 1000 rounds through it, the other one only has about 100. I would suggest buying and keeping a spare extractor, as the metal is really thin and they are known to be weak (its why CMMG chose to use an AR10 bolt for their mutant)
