When I chose my slide and barrel combo for my dagger, I figured pick a style that in the future would allow me to run a ported barrel. I figured I bought a style similar to the slide/barrel combo that has a ported barrel, that I would be able to purchase the same ported barrel later on. I wasn’t able to find that barrel on PSA ‘s website so I am looking to you guys to se if their is an option of a new ported barrel that would fit the preexisting slide window. I looked at the zafarie precision ported barrel but it only says that it works with their slides. Thoughts?
Other than fitment testing, you’ll have to hope someone on the forums has one. Shoot, if you got money to burn, buy a couple barrels and see.
The SWR(some slides have the ported barrel) and SW4 have similar window cuts, but I feel the SW4 windows are small for a ported barrel. My recommendation is sending out the slide and barrel, and getting it custom cut. If the ported barrel and sw4 were compatible, PSA would most likely offer it.
