New Pnut the Squirrel meme

I might need to build a .410 based upon this meme :joy:

A little over 20 years ago, I found a tiny newborn squirrel on the ground. The elderly lady next door hand fed the squirrels in her backyard. I knew that she would take care of it. She did. Bottle fed it til it was big enough eat Purina Squirrel Chow. Then when it was strong and could climb good she brought it outside. It would climb trees, play then always come back home to go in with her at night. After many months the squirrel made itself a family we guess, and thereafter lived in the trees. But each day when she went out to feed the other squirrels, he would come down and climb around on her like a tree and go into her coat pocket and get peanuts. The old woman finally passed away at 94, and the world lost a wonderful person who loved critters big or small.

When I lived on the bayou, we saved a tiny duckling, raised til it could rejoin the flock. Then she flew off with them. There were about 19 mallard ducks that came up into our yard everyday for the nine years we lived there. We fed them cracked corn and gave them fresh water every day. Yes you are not supposed to keep wild animals and especially migratory birds. Also helped a cold stunned hummingbird bird and released it the next day. If the damn powers that bad don’t like it too bad, sue me!:us_outlying_islands:

I used to hunt (including squirrels), and fish quite a lot. Don’t really hunt anymore, but I can still filet a fish, even a flounder. Just don’t got much spare time for that much these days. I really used to like to bird hunt, quail, partridge and grouse.

Ordered one. I’m going to build this one in .22lr to hunt squirrels in my yard.

Ordered, I probably won’t build it out but I’ll giggle every time I see it. That’s worth the $50 right there.

Just noticed that there are Acorns on the fire control labels.

Wish the clowns in WA state gov would let me get in on this, as both a shooter and a “squirrel parent” myself.

I actually have one little fuzzball here who has an uncanny gift for recognizing when I’m storming away from my keyboard and out the door for a blood-pressure break, roosting in my lap once I’m settled in my porch chair and getting my attention focused elsewhere until things settle down. And if I don’t come out and give her her daily cuddle time, she makes sure I and the whole neighborhood hear about it!

Thanks, GG. Don’t see much room for a historian and researcher by trade (could this maybe be a fit under H&R’s roof?), but if a prospective employer’s willing to train I’m always willing to learn.

welcome to the forums @B4RK3R we’re glad to have you.

I couldn’t resist! Order placed!

Request on behalf of us in Ban States: Please consider “standby waiting lists” where if we can manage to get our State bans overturned we can get a bite at Meme Lowers too? I know a BUNCH of people here in WA that want Squirrel-15s but Rumored Pederast Gov Ferguson sez no so we’re trying to go through the courts.

I saw that and wondered
