I like those knuckle gloves in Coyote… but i dont know if i like the skeleton on the inside of the others.. i loved the multicam at first vbut then i saw that… oh and the price while being in line with others, it seems a bit high to be lowewhen compared to others these days if you follow…. either way, i may end up fidning myelf with a pair sooner than later.
The skeleton part I’m not a fan of. Everything else, I like, the multi cam looks the best to me and like you, I’ll probably find myself with a pair of them anyways. When comparing to Mechanix gloves though, it’s a little bit cheaper by like $5.
What I am more curious about, is PSA making their own gloves or is another big glove company making gloves for PSA?
I doubt they are making them in house. As to who is making them not sure. Will see if I can find out but sometimes PSA is tight lipped.
the skeleton part is the only reason im grabbing a pair.. i have so many gloves from many manufacturers.. really like my fox gloves most so far but, that skeleton is ![]()
They look well made. I’ll have to pick up a pair. ![]()
@Waffenbauer thwy had them at fern back by the range counter.
hmm… i may need to go grab me a pair then.
No Sabre gloves at the Ridgeland store.
I had to cut the thumb tips off mine, they were so awkwardly long
I would love to see glove sizing/ meauement.
I tend to wear XXL, but have had some issues with online purchases not fitting correctly.
Even just a comparison in sizing to Mechanix brand would help.
gloves are tricky.. some of the best gloves i ever got most people to get were a pair of baseball gloves i commonly saw in the sporting goods. motorcycle gloves are awesome. tactical gloves are a hit or miss, i do like the hard knuckles not because i plan on punching someone just to keep my hands from getting busted up. i like touch screen tips but, none of this is as necessary as a skeleton pattern.
edit: golfing gloves are absolutely amazing too if you can get a set for both hands
A wise man once said, Protect your hands.
I don’t always do but after I get cut or blisters I say I should’ve had my gloves on.
Having recently lost most of the use of my strong hand for a week or so, that is sage advice.
Guys I work with have always busted my balls over constantly wearing gloves.
Guys I work with also walk around with busted, bleeding hands and I don’t.
Next time I’m at the store I will compare sizes to a set of mechanix gloves.
i try to wear gloves all the time and still have busted up hands..
… gloves are a huge performance enhancement when it comes to shooting.. better than anything you are going to actually attach to the firearm imo.
saw a lady cry after she put on a pair of gloves we found to fit her nice and shot at the range she almost broke down crying said “you don’t understand how this changed my world” as she was able to perform all the functions of the pistol now without hurting her hands. self confidence restored..
since then it’s the first thing i do with all new shooters
thats probably pretty good advice. we never really realize how much we need something till we hurt it or damage it ourselves.
i’ve found usually with gloves i have to try them on in person to find the set that fits the best. and sometimes thats a mix and match setup.
i’ve never thought of it that way… may be something to try to remember. and may be a good reason to do it for now on myself. Im definately going to have to go to check out these sabre gloves in person next time im in the fernandina store.
