Lots of oddities here for sure, but not as bad as it’s typically made out to be……….hence our nickname as the best of the worst 
For starters an LR308/ar10 is cash and carry all day long, but a 556 ar15 is no go without a heavy barrel…….psa uppers take care of that nonsense Magazine capacity is another………Yes, we can possess any capacity we want, we just can’t buy/sell/order online any mags over 10 rounds. The Virginia line ain’t far and takes care of that:innocent: I’m not quite ready to leave, but it’s a feeling for sure. However my man Clarence is helping eliminate the stoopid here

Yeah the state of Montgomery. It’s changed a lot. So has PG. But living in Pa. I mean a shall issue state that allows open carry. I don’t. But yeah it’s like night and day or light red Vs kinda blue. Lol

Just joined the group. Wanted to jump in on the Md counties discussion. I live in St. Charles County and worked many years in Montgomery County…the no Saint County! Probably the worst county in Maryland…a fee or permit for everything, plus other negative stuff!!! Here in southern Maryland, I think Calvert, St. Marys and maybe Charles are some of the best of Maryland considering it is a Dem run state. Our Republican votes go down the drain at every election. Just so you know, I am Pro-Life and as such have to put up with the evil that Maryland does in that respect. People now come from Texas to Maryland for abortions…God save their souls and all those that are a part of it!

I’m a year late to the thread, but I felt the need to represent central Md. up here in Harford Co. This state is fast becoming a hole in the wall. My family’s been here for generations but I think about leaving regularly. Especially with this Question 1 coming up on the 2024 ballot. Pennsylvania is not the greatest state, but at least I can go there and buy… things I can’t get here.

Yeah from harford you’ll be PA-bound. How long can PA remain somewhat of a safer haven is anyone’s guess. Same with VA, where I am now. Absolutely love it here, but NoVa is a cancer.

I know what you mean, sadly it seems like most of the major metropolitan areas vote blue. As if most of our countryside is ruled by city centers. But I will tell you this, after the 2020 election, I don’t trust most of the election results from the past 20 years or so, even votes of urban areas. How can those people who live there be so blind and continually vote for that which takes away their freedom and leaves them less safe?
