What non-gun store items do you find work for you and which gun store items do you find are absolutely essential?

When you say non-gun store items, do you mean gun/shooting related items that you find in stores that aren’t gun stores? Like ammo cans at Harbor Freight?

most tools. roll pin punches screw drovers ect. all expensive at gun store and can get much cheeper just as good at any hardware store. also cleaners and lube.

I buy pretty much everything that I need 2A wise online. I can get a better selection and price most of the time online over anything local.

Non-gun store item:

These little bags from amazon fold into themselves when empty, fit in a range bag and are great for collecting spent brass after a range session.

Thrift store small backpack to carry loaded magazines in. Spent $0.99 on mine and it works just as good as any expensive ammo bag from Bass Pro Shops.
