Many years ago I had 2 AR pistols put together with pistol buffers and SB traces. Now that I went tax stamp SBR on them and pulled off the SB braces, I was wondering if there were any simple one fix slide on stocks I could buy and slid on the pistol tub like the SB and not have to worry about converting anything. Since these are old builds, I’m not interested in spending any real money or labor on them.
Are they a standard tube with adjustment holes or specific to your brace?

specific to the brace, no adjustment holes.
You will need to replace it with a normal tube to use a stock.
right but what im asking is that be it that I dont care to do all of that to have an normal adjustable stock… are there any stocks out that that are non adjustable and will simply slide on the pistol tube as the SB brace did. Thats the simple fix im looking for.
I dont think so. Iirc, SB used thicker tubes for their pistol tubes so they specifically wouldnt accept a stock. You might want to check with SB.

actually stand by let me test that… just put an AR shotgun the same way. I’m going to pull it off and see will slide on the pistol tube snug enough and tight.
dumb question here. I know you can’t have a brace on a pistol, but can’t you have a brace on an SBR?
If you have an sbr it doesnt matter.

so basically the easiest and cheapest thing moe can do is just put the brace back on and be happy. am I right?

Maybe this can help you? They are slide on and clamp or pinch for a solid mount on your tube. Two allen cap screws will come with. Etsy and or Ebay. Keyword is air soft in your search. 5 yrs ago they was $5 each.

Dont put airsoft quality parts on a real gun. That is a recipe for disaster.
That’s what I recall as well. I still have one around here somewhere. Keyword, “somewhere”. 
Never had a issue with either. Nor has my son running the minimalist that l gave him. Far far better than the Shockwave KAK brace!!! They are made in South Korea and to me sir good quality. Even the QD mount works like it should. He is asking for cheap…therefore here it is.
Airspft quality is not made for true guns. It is made for airsoft. Dont take the chance just to be cheap.
Oh consider done then cause I have no desire to spend another penny on either gun lol.
