Nope. The barrel is 16.5" so its just a rifle and not a NFA item.

And yes its 9mm. It came with one 20 round magazine and i bought ten 35 round mags. Thats the biggest complaint I’ve seen, that it used proprietary magazines and not Glock mags like everyone else.

I seen one at my local shop last year. Got to be the first PCC lever l have ever seen! Maybe the only 9mm produced? It had a hefty price too if l remember. Nice score brother!
Yeah they usually run around $2k but I got lucky. Sportsman Fullfillment which is a sister company to Fin Feather Fur Outfitters had two for about half price so I got it for $928 delivered.
