Maybe I’ve been living under a rock but this is the first I have heard of a.45 Dagger! It was on ballistik YouTube channel at what looked like SHOT show. Is this the real deal or not?
It was a concept. No immediate plans to make it but perhaps in the future.
If I remember correctly when PSA had the Shot Show Poll it was voted last or next to last for up coming projects.
Got it. Thank you. Not much of a discussion then, I guess lol
nooo dude, not much to talk about yet. Lots of guys here chomping at the bit over it though. Me personally, I’m sitting here patiently waiting on a 10mm full size Dagger.

Well if the 45 Dagger ever comes to fruition then I’ll buy one, just because it’s 45
Same here! Put me on a waiting list…!
i prefer 45, so the 45 dagger is what im hoping for handgun wise from psa next. after the smaller rock of course.
idk, i just love .45. its americas caliber ![]()
Yeah, there’s just something about that caliber. Love me a .45…. And America!
I wouldn’t mind a .45 ACP, but 10mm is the way.

so if a 10mm is on the way, it theoretically would mean a .45 is just steps behind it as all we need is mags and a barrel swap on that 10mm theoretically speaking of course.
I’m going to say this based off of what has been done repeatedly by Glock owners. If they decide to add either a 10mm or a .45 ACP, they should do 10mm first or at least produce it capable of taking full power 10mm loads so that a 10mm conversion is a possibility.
From personal experience I have a Glock 21 (.45). I can convert it to 10mm using a Lonewolf 10mm barrel, heavier RSA (I don’t remember the poundage) and 10mm mags; I have done nothing to the extractor. I have a pistol that can basically shoot three calibers. .45 ACP, 10mm and .40.
In any event, I don’t know if PSA is listening to any of this, but if the do produce a .45 ACP and have any intent to make a 10mm, base everything off of being able to run full power 10mm. For the .45 ACP barrels, they should make them fully supported and rated to take .45 Super. That way the 10mm can run .40 and the .45 can run Super, +P or standard.
At the most basic level you would have a pistol that could be used with two different rounds, not that anyone really carries .45 Super.
hmmm, so it seems there is something to talk about. I don’t really see any action yet toward this becoming a reality. I’m thinking it’s a couple years out at least. ![]()
i like the idea of the 45 barrels being fully supported and rated to take 45 super especialy if it means the 10mm can run.40 s&w for low power training, if it can run that caliber in the 10mm, i’d buy a 10mm then, as i like guns that can fire multiple calibers.
Don’t get me wrong, 10mm would be tits! Especially multi cal capabilities! A .45 would be great for me because I have a ton of .45 layin around. I haven’t actually handled/fired a 10mm yet. I’m sure it’s pretty sweet.
I’m curious to know why a FS Dagger in 10mm appeals to you?
for me, it’s mostly aesthetic. I don’t like the the stubby looks of the compact 10mm pistol. In comparison, I like the looks of the G20 compared to the G29.
