I have the PSA dagger full size S. Looking at picking up a micro frame. Heard of some light strikes, but if I use my existing slide that should fit right? Everything should be fine?
Trying to decide if I want the micro frame or a hellcat pro.
A dagger (Compact or S) slide will not work on the micro frame. I have not had any light strikes with my micro and have been using it as my EDC for months.

i think most reports i’ve seen of light strikes have been due to the ammo the person was using. That said Guitar Guy is right.. Your Slide on the Compact S only fits any of the Compact daggers. Those are the size of a Glock 19 roughly. To fit a micro, which is the size of say a glock 43 roughly, it would have had to been a micro specific slide… I highly recommend the micro personally, although it and the hellcat are both great weapons.

I can’t speak to the Hellcat Pro but my regular Hellcat was the most accurate iron-sight pistol I’ve ever shot for some reason. It didn’t shoot as smooth/flat as my dagger but that didn’t seem to affect accuracy at all. The accuracy was so good to where the Hellcat U sights are now my favorite out of all pistol iron sights.

Sounds like it’s a toss up.
Do you like the trigger on the micro dagger? The Dagger I have is nice, but I did not feel like the trigger was as nice and crisp out of the box as I like. Thoughts?
My micro was noticeable better than my compact trigger. It too broke in though and is now really nice.

as i dont own a micro, im speaking of my usage of PSA’s Micro that they have at the gathering, and my friends micro’s that i’ve fired. The new micros that my friends had and i was able to shoot felt very good. I liked it for being pretty close to fresh out of the box. however, that being said, its not like i’ve ever been one to wanna swap triggers out of my stock glocks anyways, much less my daggers. With my compact daggers, i’ve loved the triggers in them after i’ve broken them in after about 500 rounds or so…. Getting back to the micro dagger… the one i fired from PSA at the gathering had a trigger that was VERY well broken in as it had hundreds of people shooting it in just that weekend, not including what it was shot before it came out there. so yes, i thought it was an excellent trigger for a striker fired polymer pistol. To me, it had no need to be swapped out at all. so yeah, the long & short of it is i do like the micro daggers trigger.
