My order for PA10 lower to RI FFL was cancelled? I’m not sure why. FFL said it wasn’t a problem. I’m on active duty here, and hold a RI CCW. Other have this issue? (This is my first post)

The issue obviously hasn’t been fixed, given that PSA is trying to cancel (or has cancelled) the order. And how would my duty status possibly influence anything? PSA has no idea what I do for a living.

Is your current (ship to) location different than your drivers license (permanent/billing) address? As for the issue, it is supposed to be fixed, which is why i asked about duty. Just trying to think of all it might be.

Everything is in order, yes. I don’t know why PSA would do this. They also haven’t responded to my emails.

I think it is beyond CS ( which isnt on the forums) and that is why i tagged the PSA reps here.

I got an email from Compliance this morning saying they had updated their policies. I was able to reorder this afternoon. Thank you all for your assistance.
