The AR-V Jakl hybrid would be cool to see in 45 and 9mm I have two suppressors on the way and I’m dying for the 300blk Jakl to come out and I’ve been eyeballing the AR-V but already have the AKV and I’m in love with that. Nice to know someone else thinks an AR-V that would be piston driven would be neat.

Target is 60ft unsupported indoor range with ae57. Pretty sure with quality ammo and much better sights we can tighten that up quite a bit.

It’d have to be really good to be better than the dbx, and it won’t be better than the dbx.
If I’m going to get a heavy ar compatible 5.7 I’d rather see it be a jakl to compete with the dissent.
Its the perfect round for a carbine. You guys can make an AR later, give me a PCC for the 5.7😁
Set it up with an lpvo for my first time with a scope. Only 20 yards and plinking ammo but I’m pleased.

Oh and rock mags feed it just fine. A little tight on the mag well but that might break in.

No mods to the rock mags?
Bone stock. Mag extensions on the Ruger 57 were trash, not going to risk it on the rock mags.

So, buy a ruger lc carbine to go with my rock, or wait to see about a possible psa 5.7 carbine?

I have not heard of any carbine development for the rock. Doesnt mean it wont happen, but with the current slate of Jakls, AK’s, etc that PSA is already planning even if they did it wouldnt be anytime soon.
