Just ordered a Sig Romeo 7 in FDE for the new rifle, ordered a coyote tan grip module and flat trigger for the P320, and picked up 250 rounds of 22LR. Good start to the week so far.
I do like the FDE optics for some reason. Black on black is boring IMHO
OP dropped the price on this to where it’s a couple bucks cheaper than black.
I’m a sucker for FDE parts on a black firearm. My .300 blk AR is that way, now my Dagger is going to be the same.
I’m liking the FDE
Changing up my 320 too…
I see you recently got that OPMOD email too
Good looking scope, especially for the price.
I’ve had that 7 saved on a list at OP for months, and since I got the rifle I have gone back and forth between red dots or scopes more than I care to admit. Honestly, when I saw that optic it made me start thinking that I really needed a rifle to put it on.
( I hate the fact they’re the only one modding optics. I cringe when I hit the order button )
In the end, for the distances that I’ll realistically be shooting, that full size red dot is plenty. And in the off chance I need a little extra, I’ve got the Juliet magnifier that I can swap over.
Originally I planned on keeping this strictly a mil-spec rifle. K.I.S.S. I thought. The problem is, I really like the upgrades I made to my pistol. So, you know…
nice. I like the AA power source and shake awake tech. nice.
I would actually prefer a 2032, I have a stack of those. I’ve never seen a button cell leak, but I think we’ve all seen AAs leak. It’ll be fine though, I’ll just change them more often.
I change mine once a year… that reminds me…
Need a system that uses recoil energy to charge a battery, sort of like wheel breaking in an electric car. To charge it just go shoot.
I’d like to see the solar panels incorporated like in the Romeo 6
That reminds me too, my 5 is about a year old
eurooptic has a screaming deal on the Romeo 7 right now.
It’s listed for $199.99, but if you hit the “send a quote” button end enter your name and email, they’ll send you an email with a direct link.
139.99
Shipping, tax, $5 insurance, $172 total
Thank you so much for listing this deal! I have been hunting for a red dot for an AR and had settled on the Sig Romeo5 until I saw this and your other thread on the Romeo7. Best price I could find was $200. I was able to get the $140 price too, with free shipping. Out the door was $151. Can’t wait to get my hands on this thing!!
The SIG ROMEO line of red dots is so nice.
i cannot disagree. i love my romeo 5s and i like my romeo1 very well too.. all great optics
