Hi I saw a gun I’ve been looking in a Reddit post. It’s not available online as far as I can tell and I live in Florida. Is there any way I can purchase the gun?
Absolutely! Go in, talk with them and tell them you want to purchase it, and they’ll work with you on contacting your FFL licensed dealer in FL. Now they’ll be a shipping fee, and whatever your FFL charges for doing the transfer, but that’s it! Go back and grab it up bud

You will need to find it in stock either in a store or online, and then have it shipped to an FFL local to you. Then that FFL will do the background check on you and if it comes back clean then they will transfer it to you (you will have to pay transfer fees).

Yeah I know how it works. I’m just saying someone posted a pic of the Summerville store recently. They had that Galil I’m looking for. I’m wondering if I can buy that gun from the Summerville store by phone or whatever and have it shipped. I have bought guns online before and know how it all works. I just wanna know if Summerville will sell me that gun or if it’s in store purchases only.
They should, but they will have to have your FFL on file.
I may be wrong, but I wouldn’t expect the storefront to have a way to accommodate that request. There’s the cost of the gun, plus packaging and shipping costs and time, plus the ability to accept non-swipe payment if all they have are point-of-sale card machines. It just sounds like a lot more hassle than they would want to deal with in comparison to an in-store purchase.
That said, you can purchase long guns in other states in person. Pistols and stripped receivers are a no-no and must be shipped to an FFL back home, but not long guns. It might be worth the trip up if they can’t accommodate over the phone.
