Here we go…again! The Gulf water is so warm and when a cold front comes…perfect storm
I seen videos of flooding in Western NC Asheville area. Corvette was driving thru it up to the windshield.
So far plane is on schedule to get me home by 5pm.
I dont recommend flying in a hurricane.
Had a drink hit the ceiling in a prop jet in similar.

In all seriousness though. I don’t expect us to get anything more than flooding and probably some strong wind gust.
Hopefully everyone is in a safe place and we all get through this unscathed.
Prayers for all ![]()
That creek ain’t so little anymore
The Wife and I camped in Georgia through Isadore in ‘02. It was the absolute best night’s sleep we got that entire trip the night the Eye went over us.
The next morning, she lowsided on debris on her bike, and crashed Hard. It wasn’t fun anymore after that.
They’re predicting 80+ mile an hour winds all the way up here in the upstate SC way early tomorrow morning.
You be safe.
Our power has been out for about 3 hours here in my little corner of the upstate. No ETR from the power company…
Utility company linemen definitely earn their pay during weather like this. Tip of the hat to the folks working through the storm.
Lots and lots more of that coming unfortunately.
Stay safe Tony

Can’t sleep ![]()
I woke up to a leaking window. Wind makes water do funny things.
Just lots of rain up here in Clarksville, TN. Some flash flooding is likely.
Praying for those impacted by this.
Hope everyone is okay, looks like the storm went a lot further east than predicted, right over Harold (Rufus). Prayers for those who were not so fortunate. Hope you guys get power back soon. - Leonard
A lot of trees down in Beaufort County, SC
Still windy as heck, watch out widowmakers.
The left side is the better side to be on, so I read last night.
