Sezzle financing $$

Are you using a debit card or bank account? It will not work with credit cards

Sezzle help :cowboy_hat_face:

I recently may have tried sezzle for a test run just to see how it works out. The temptation when some random object shows up on the daily deals that I absolutely positively would not be able to live without may have driven me to this thinking

I’m right there with you but I’ve been able to resist so far.
I have my eyes on a couple of things though

So hypothetically if you did do a test run of the Sezzle system would you foresee any issues going forward?
Again just speaking hypothetically.

that darn 1911 on sale I did not need…but wanted

Tested and that 1911 shipped next morning fastest shipping ever (Tisa 1911 is awesome BTW)
pymt 2 went in automatically no issue ,
but used CC not bank figuring more control and safety that way.

Best 1911 on the market for the money
In my opinion :cowboy_hat_face: @kirk2579

I had not shot a 1911 since I was on the Army pistol team in 75.
Forgot how nice they shot and feel.
It also is accurate as hec, total fun time!
Very well spent “want” money

Anybody else still sezzleing? For some reason it’s not letting me get a micro slide, says it’s over my limit??? I did pay for my frame with sezzle, so that’s the only thing I’ve got going on. I was able to do a few orders before that were higher than the slide, but I paid them off before the full term. There’s no chance in heck I’m over my banking limit, so not sure what I’m missing

Depending on your status with sezzle you could be at your maximum order number.
I believe nonprem users can have one opem order and prem users get 2.
If you have met that open limit you will have to complete the order before .another can be placed

That’s where I’m perplexed on what’s going on. I previously had 2 orders, that were well above the cost of a slide and frame combined. Why it’s not allowing me now is what I’m wondering what changed?

For me, I see no positive side to Sezzle. Basically paying off a purchase in six weeks and unless you already have the money it may/may not come before a second paycheck. I use a “money back” credit card for every thing and pat it off the next bill. I’d rather save for a couple of months and make few dollars on the transaction. In the unfortunate case that I have a problem my cc company will stand with me. I don’t know about Sezzle.

To bad PayPal has their cranium rectally inserted about firearms. Six months, no interest is great!

I’ve used sezzle on pretty much all of my orders over $100, never had any issues with them.

So what I’ve gathered from communications back and forth with sezzle in regards to my sudden drastic drop in purchasing power, is due to the fact I paid off 2 purchases ahead of time, I’m one of the privileged apparently, since I had the ability to pay off responsibly. Therefore my spending power had to be lowered……by a LOT. Andre was the Sezzle cs rep I’ve been communicating with. Screw sezzle.

They arnt making money from you…sounds like they just fired you as a customer.:rofl:

That’s what I couldn’t understand at first………why bother dropping my spendable amount, based on the fact I logged in and paid off early? There’s more to it, but I’ll leave it out to not drag further politics into the thread. But there’s enough about sezzle to steer clear from them. Unless we are good to go in this thread to discuss it? Not sure on the “community guidelines “ with this one

I used Sezzle for the first time April 30th.
One more payment will be deducted in a week and payments will be completed.
Pistol 299
Tax 24
Shipping 18
$341.99

1st payment was deducted when I placed my order using a bank debit card.
Subsequent deductions (3) have happened every 2 weeks.

**Updated 6-10-24

  1. $ 85.49 bank draft
  2. $ 86.99. cc fee $1.50
  3. $ 86.99 cc fee $1.50
  4. $ 87.02. cc fee $1.53
    Total cost $ 346.49

Being on a fixed income this was a little easier for my wallet.
My additional cost over just buying outright was $4.50
They charged $1.50 each for what will be 3 deductions for my total out of pocket being $346.49 vs $341.99

Hope this helps someone out.
Oh and I had zero issues using this method and will use it again.

I’ve never came back to this thread. But I actually used Sezzle several times.

I use it for smaller stuff actually. I can load up on misc stuff and never feel the pain. The bank account doesnt even notice the small payments. Average about $150 in accessories. Split up on 4 payments you dont even notice it sometimes. But there is a constant supply of odds and ends arriving.

Question @California_Refugee

Can you have more than one order at a time, or I guess more than one payment?
