I’d argue the JP-5 is closer to what is being discussed. Pretty much exactly the MP5 roller locking system in an AR9 package.

Proper roller locking systems happen to be pretty expensive to manufacture. I would expect anything on that level to be at least in the $2000+ range.

I don’t expect anything that complicated. Just a more simple detent style style delay system or anything similar that can absorb enough energy to reduce the reciprocating mass significantly would be enough to be far superior to a straight blowback system.

Before my picks for the poll… I like all the ingenious things PSA puts out.

But if I had to put my money somewhere I’m really interested in;

  1. Olcan - love a bullpup
  2. sabre Lancet - .50 BMG is good but it’d be great to have a 416 Barret option
  3. 570 semi auto DIY shotgun which could also be configured as a pump!

But like I said I like the other ideas too. The DIY bolt action sounds like a great project too.

Yeah, I feel you, a .45 or .22 Dagger would be sick. The .380 MicroDagger is… interesting, but not exactly what I’d go for either. Hoping they lean into more of the stuff people are actually asking for next round.

I would have voted for the SWCH, if he had said it was a Fire Control Unit.

FCUs and modular chassis and grip panels are the wave of the future. You can buy one serialized part and then buy numerous plug and play styles to fit it. Accessorize!

Sabre 11 and the 570 shotty

I completely disagree with what a lot of people are saying. You guys are on fire. I think as gun owners we often ignore things out of our personal price range but it doesn’t mean I don’t want them. The Sabre-11 has me extremely excited. I’ve been wanting PSA to make an affordable competition type gun with an amazing trigger that isn’t just another Glock clone. My dream is a PSA version of something like the Alien pistol at an affordable price but I’ll take a 2011 for now.

I think the 338 ARC JakL is the star of the show. This will make a perfect sub gun. I like the new Magpul magazines too. Very excited to see PSA get on board with the 6Arc and 338Arc. This is the way.

I’m sure that the big issue with my idea is the magazine and size of .45 acp but being able to slap a new slide and barrel onto my dagger and toss in a non proprietary magazine to be able to shoot .45 out of the dagger I already own would be something I’d be all about…10mm if you wanted to be spicy…

I voted for the Lancet, 570 and the PA22. Part of me wishes I had one more vote so I could vote for the Emerge, but the 3 that I mentioned would take priority for me personally.
