On another post one of the folks at PSA said they were planning to release a spiker which I assume is going to be a Chinese style Type 56. My question is do you plan on making an exact copy ie hooded front site, thicker barrel/receiver, double hook trigger? I’ve always been a fan of the Chinese Ak’s an would love for someone to make a good copy.

I know the PSA-103 wasn’t a pure copy of an AK-103. But they got the look down pretty nice.

That would be amazing if this could actually happen. I would love to own a Chinese Spiker that I could actually shoot, mine are nothing but safe queens…lol !
I would absolutely love one. Even if it is a little off in spec. If it’s got the fat barrel and a heavier receiver (at least the heavy barrel) I’d be super happy to find one already done I don’t have to convert anything. Except refinish that super light blonde furniture or buy some Chinese milsurp. Hopefully it will be a a reasonable non price gouge pricing otherwise I’d just get the actual Chinese rifle and still shoot the ■■■■ out of it. I would love a double spiker than I’d be a real happy boy lol.
Any idea approx pricing? I need to save NOW! I’ve never like most companies builds, but PSA I like as a company, and build quality. You guys are doing good things for us AK community guys. Thanks! Please keep us updated on order availability/preorder, PLEASE! So excited to here this news

I wonder if we can get a PSA employee to hint if they will do an underfold spiker. That would knock 2 items off my list.

That would be cool. To my knowledge PSA has not produced an underfolder, only side fold.

The only pre-orders that I am aware that PSA has done has been on meme stripped lowers.
Unfortunately we will not be doing any pre-orders for the Spikers.
