After standing in line for 2 and a half hours trying to get something to eat I could have used her cane. 
The way Lunas handled that was wrong in so many ways.

We totally agree. From time daughter stepped in line and received her Mexican hot dog was 2 hours.
I stood in that line for an hour and 45 minutes, 45 of which Lunas didn’t take any orders. I was #2 so I was watching the process. Then he came out and said he was out of everything and it would be another hour. The bbq guy was putting out more orders by himself than they were with 3.
I had bbq finally.
And family looks a lot different this year! Dad @mr.jeffdh brought along his FIANCÉ and her son and daughter in law. We had a great time and thanks again for the bags and goodies.
Not trying to be mean or judgemental guys but I personally wouldn’t wait in line for 2 hours if they were giving away rib-eye steak dinners.
When these three food trucks are the only place for food or drink you are really limited. Next year will be packing a cooler and doing a tailgate in the parking lot.
This has been an issue for three years time to make changes.
Hind sight, my son and I would have left and had Hardees, Wendys or such, and came back. Would have been quicker.
Sadly it is the food trucks that back out at the last minute.
Clinton being where it is probably doesn’t help at all.

Not having cell reception is probably the biggest kick.
We had to buy a T-Mobile hot spot and I ended up sharing WiFi with a few other vendors. I was the village hero for them hahaha
But yeah, the lack of cell service hurt a few. We dove into a three year contract for one event
My son has T-Maybe and he was fine. Verizon was horrible.
Verizon was the worst it seemed like. The T-Mobile service even worked fast
