With it being a new year and the OBBB being enacted now, has there been any updates on the lawsuit or anything else? Hearing how the system was getting bottle necked with the large amount of people putting in for suppressors gives me more hope.
Nothing from the courts lately…I think they are just waiting on their day in court. The lawsuit is still active. Honestly I think it helps us to show juat how many have been bought (i.e. the argument that that ATF was denying a right with the tax).
