Ha yes it is there, it was perfect angle though to cover it. 
I just buy nail polish, it hard when dry, and it dries fast. And use a credit card to scrape it off and non-acetone nail remover. Someone told me not to use acetone type remover I don’t know if it is more harsh or something.
But basically apply it fairly thick, then use the credit card to scrape it off as best I can. Then let it dry and use bore cleaning patch with damp amount of remover and wipe if gently for a while. Just to clean the surface off. I got some white down in the serial number will use tooth pick to clean that out later.
Of course there are endless colors for nails. Purple Metal Flake! 
You know what I wish somebody would do as a fundraiser, once WA’s receiver ban is gone? Receivers with the org logo and a member’s member-number as the serial. Maybe a suffix option so if you’re say GOA Member # 23558 and you order one it’s 23558-1, order three and they end in -1 to -3. (And if you order another on a future batch you get the net suffix, so if you only ordered one and buy another on a later run then you get -2 there.)

glock compatibility! the sticks are cheap and all the new stuff has been polished for it. endomags typically work with “glock uppers” if you use gen2 pmags. the gen4 bcg runs on colt lowers, glock lowers, and regular lowers using endomags.
GOA is awesome im a lifetime member i just donate whats in my budget steadily and directly
also BCA ar9 is very compatible with PSA ar9 and uppers work with endomags
basically the same as my other ar9 but with bca lower and just a romeo5
interesting idea, but a total nightmare and impossibilty. serial numbers are approved of by the ATF and psa has to submit them in advance. having each users member number and then selling it to them would be insane amount of work not to mention highly cost prohibitive and may not even be approved by the ATf much less PSA or the company that would try to make those.. thats truly a nightmare.
Man that is sweet and what I was thinking to do with my GOA lower. But really like the idea of a built for 9mm lower like that.
