From the info in the details only deference I see is the AK-103 premium has a
FN CHF Chrome Moly Vanadium and barrel finish is Phosphate.
The AK-103 GF3 has Gas Nitride 4150 steel treated barrel and barrel finish is Nitride.
GF3 : nitrided barrel
GF4: Soviet Arms (PSA) in house made chf barrel and usually an upgraded EPT trigger
GF5: ALG trigger and FN Barrel.
Premium line usually has FN Barrel and may have an upgraded trigger.
The 103K is a GF3.

Price differences may also include furniture, if its side folding, etc.

So it looks like most of the 100 series is GF3 spec then. Why does only the 103 have a “Premium” line?
The premium was before they made changes to include GF4 and GF5. To prevent confusion they just left that line how it was.
