Yes, and no worries. Just wipe it off and go shoot your gun.
looks to me to be copper based anti-seize. which is easy to wipe off and doesnt harm anything.

Use a paper towel and don’t get it on your clothes. It’s hell to get out of clothes.
UPDATE: It was grease, cleaned and all is well, thank you all for replying!
