What kind of sling attaches best to Magpul Zhukov folding stock?

I am trying to find slings with attachments that work well with the Zhukov folding stock for my GF3. Keep in mind, I am a smaller women and I have different fit challenges because of this. I am using this gun for competition and home defense. Really, as far as a sling goes for around the house, my needs are a little different that when I need for competition. I figure if I meet the need for competition, it will also fit the household need.

It seems when I try to attach something to the lower slot mount #1, the AK does not carry well in low ready. The magazine swings in, and hits me in the crotch, just generally not a good balance and if I shorten the sling at that attachment point, shouldering becomes an issue.

I have not been able to fit a sling attachment on the smaller hole #2, unless I just create something makeshift. It seems that attachment at that point would be better balanced, but will also require a little slack to get quick shouldering.

I have a wonderful, higher end, “adjust on the fly” sling on my Zastava M90 with Zhukov. Again, same issue with attaching at the bottom slot instead of the top hole.

Any recommendations for a sling or a specifically fitted attachment for the top hole on the Zhukov? Thoughts?

Have you tried Magpul’s QD?
I’ve had other brands (and Magpul) be T I T tight initially.

I have had to sand down QD cups because the QD wouldnt lock in. Anytime you have injection molding there is the potential for a mis fit.

I’ve had way tight in aluminum sockets as well.

i’d recommend you check out a magpul ms3 or ms4 in their QD format.
the top hole on your zhukov stock #2 may need a QD attachment point installed first.
Magpul calls it a Sling mount kit #1, Some of their buttstocks, and the zhukov (however you spell the damn thing) may need the cup installed first, (anything for a dollar magpul really? couldnt include it?, but i digress… )

once you have that cup installed you can then use the MS3 or MS4 in qd format to attach there, with a sling swivil similar to the ones picutred by TJ71 in his post. The MS3 and MS4 come in both QD format or standard clip style similar to hk clip format.
